Vitamin B3 – niacin (15 mg – 28% NRV per 20 ml dose) – supports nervous system function, cardiovascular support, skin and hair protection
Vitamin B2 – riboflavin (7 mg – 32% NRV per 20 ml dose) – contributes to normal energy metabolism
Vitamin B5 – pantothenic acid (5 mg – 28% NRV per 20 ml dose) – supports nervous system function, cardiovascular support
Vitamin B6 – pyridoxine (3 mg – 30% NRV per 20 ml dose) – contributes to the normal function of the immune system

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Shake well before use. Take 20 ml per day (equal to one tablespoon) during periods of intense physical activity, either in the morning or evening.

RECOMMENDED USE

3 cycles per year are recommended. 1 cycle = 4 months: 20 days on, 10 days pause, repeated x3, followed by a 30-day interval.

WARNINGS

Do not use during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Due to the presence of honey, the product may naturally crystallize without affecting its quality.
